GesLearn-Giris-ES is an Expert System shell that enables knowledge engineers
to construct expert systems and deploy the constructed systems for end-users.

As an end-user, you need to use the Interanl Explorer or Edge (IE option) by Microsoft.
Before you can use the system, you need be an administrator to install an Activex
component. The installation is needed only once for each computer.
